Through adsorption, a solid or a liquid can trap particles on its surface-analogous to the way a cigarette filter reduces the amount of toxins a person inhales when smoking. The second element is based on a chemical process called adsorption, and removes toxic molecules like the nerve gas sarin. (Related: " Why are Chemical Weapon Attacks Different?") When a particle is inhaled, it hits the fibers on the filter and becomes tangled before it ever has the chance to reach the nose or mouth and move down to the lungs. ![]() There is essentially no chemistry involved here, just a physical barrier that forms a field between the toxins and the face. Ultimately, with the assistance of one of the aforementioned gods, Black Body, Jack catches up to Coyote, who is having trouble staying on the bike. But true to form, Coyote suddenly winks out-with Jack’s bike in tow. An iPad with your favorite MIDI or OSC control interface, mapped to your Bidule layout, will make you fall in love with Bidule all over again. If that were possible, I believe we'd all be talking on the Bidule iOS site, and not the Audiobus site My point is, I don't think the Bidule paradigm for handling audio processing apps (VSTs or AUs in the PC world) works in iOS. Beyond processing power, there's the question of how to integrate "apps" into the Bidule layout paradigm. I've seen him reject the idea in the past, so it'll be interesting to see if he responds to the question now. I don't think it's quite as bad as your last sentence up there (re: not enough CPU power on an iPad) but it's certainly much more limited than a typical computer (lap, desk, whatever-top) and I suspect that Seb would never be able to port all of Bidule to iOS.
